Night shift with 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30). Weekends are required with a frequency of every other weekend typically.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. This role requires active participation in respiratory patient care, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and a commitment to excellence in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in various settings, including emergency departments and critical care.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced respiratory technology and equipment competently.
• Perform patient assessments and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Prior experience in a community hospital setting is required.
