Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with holiday coverage as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with experience in OASIS, home health, and hospice care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient care and will need to travel from patient to patient for home visits. The ability to manage and adjust to changes in schedule is essential.

Required Experience

• Must have OASIS experience
• Experience in home health and hospice care
• Proficiency in traveling between patient locations for home visits
• Ability to manage schedule changes effectively
