Physical Therapist - Outpatient Setting

Days, 8 hours, Monday to Friday - Variable shifts from 7am to 6pm.

Job Description

This position involves providing evaluations and treatments, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses. Therapists will engage directly with patients to create individualized rehabilitative programs, blending hands-on techniques with patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for orthopedic and sports injuries, neurological disorders, and more.
• Administer manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Focus on patient education to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Manage a typical caseload of 8 patients per day, with adjustments on Fridays.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including working with PTA's as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Two years of current physical therapy experience is required; new graduates will not be considered.
• New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact, must be uploaded with profile.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Flexibility to work inpatient physical therapy as required.
• Experience with CPSI EMR and previous travel experience preferred.
