Med/Surg Tele RN - Day/Night Rotating Shift

Schedule

Day and Night rotating shifts: 7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm. Shifts may vary to meet operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Med/Surg Tele RN with at least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel. Recent experience in Med/Surg Tele is required along with the willingness to work flexible shifts, including every other holiday.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients in a Med/Surg Tele unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all nursing care and patient progress accurately.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele.
• Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
• Current BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required.
• Oncology/chemotherapy administration experience preferred but not required.
