Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional rehabilitative and nursing care for patients recovering from various conditions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Patient Transfers
• Bladder Scans
• Dressing changes
• Medication administration

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN Licensure
• BLS Certification
• EMR proficiency and transfer training are required
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation and familiarity with rehab scoring documentation
