Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services. The role may require some in-patient responsibilities, focusing on a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Utilize various therapy techniques, including neurology, sports medicine, and lymphedema management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans according to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, home exercises, and safety practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant physical therapy setting.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications in Manual Therapy and Lymphedema are preferred.
• Experience with the Community Hospital charting system is necessary.
• Valid state license for physical therapy must be obtained prior to start.
