Job Description

The Travel Cath Lab Technician will demonstrate critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Technician will be responsible for performing studies in a timely manner under the direction of a Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor (recording) during Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assist in imaging studies effectively.
• Float between campuses as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3-5 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technician.
• Experience in both Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures is required.
• RCIS certification.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
