Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional for our Per Diem Pool, who will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and meeting all required health standards and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Complete necessary competency exams and skill checklists

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Driver's License or State ID
• Nursys Licensure
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
• Current vaccinations and health assessments, including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, TB test, and more
• Successful completion of Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test)
• Prime Criminal Background Check clearance
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
