Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 40 hours per week, guaranteed work week. This position includes a 25-mile float radius with drive time compensated.

Job Description

The selected candidate will work in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing high-quality care to residents. This role requires dedication and commitment to the well-being and rehabilitation of patients in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess a valid nursing license. Candidates who are new graduates or nursing assistants will not be considered for this position.
