What do you love most about your role?
I love coming up with creative solutions to problems and working across all divisions at ARMStaffing to collaborate on projects. I love when I have the opportunity to connect with our clinicians and help share their stories.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
I have over 7 years within the healthcare staffing agency with a wide range of background in social media, recruitment and marketing.
What motivates you each day?
Creating visibility for the ARMStaffing brand.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
I’ve had a hole in one!
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
Outside of work, I love baking and cooking with sourdough. Whether it’s crafting a classic sourdough loaf or experimenting with new sourdough-based recipes.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
Hiking and camping throughout Norway was the best trip I’ve ever been on. My bucket list grows every day with new countries to explore but Ireland and Greece are high on my list!
