Karen Adamczyk
Clinical Manager
What do you love most about your role?
What I love most about my role at ARMS is helping our staff and clients navigate complexity with confidence and purpose. I'm committed to being a trusted resource and advocate; fostering a culture of clarity, resilience and continuous growth.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
With 30-years of clinical experience, I bring a seasoned, compassionate and strategic perspective to my role at ARMS.
What motivates you each day?
What motivates me each day is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact; helping others grow, solve problems, and feel supported in the process.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
Something that usually surprises people about me is that I originally wanted to be an English Literature teacher.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
During the summer months, I recharge by retreating to my backyard pool. When the weather turns colder, and my backyard oasis is no longer an option, it's cuddling up with my fur baby, a good book or movie.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
Several years ago, my husband and I traveled to Italy, it was the best trip we have ever taken. The sights, the people and food...Amazing!!
