What do you love most about your role?
What I look forward to the most in my new role is the Transformation Thrill. Since I'm all about being fun and people passionate, I love turning a potentially stuffy, high stakes process into a joyful, collaborative quest.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
My Background in Talent Acquisition is actually my superpower. My experience taught me grounded perspective. I've recruited for roles where the work is hands-on, high-paced, and essential—just like nursing. This gives me a deep respect for the critical nature of the front lines. The Playful Engagement—I like to bring sticky factor of the recruiting process by ensuring candidates feel energized and prioritized and not just processed. Also, listening for the why—my experience taught me to listen beyond the resume to find a candidate's true motivation.
What motivates you each day?
My family and of course a very strong cup of coffee!
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
I am a crazy, loyal Eagles fan.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
The best way to recharge is to disconnect completely for a moment and spend quality time with the family. Laughter and a nice glass of wine are always a great way to recharge.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
I would love to get to Hawaii one day.
