What do you love most about your role?
What I love most about my role as an Onboarding Specialist is the opportunity to create a positive and lasting first impression for new hires. I get to be the bridge between uncertainty and confidence, helping people feel welcomed, informed, and excited about their new journey. I also enjoy the collaborative aspect—working across departments to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience that reflects our company culture and values.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
I bring a strong background in recruitment and HR, which helps me support nurses and clients with empathy, clear communication, and a smooth onboarding experience. My focus is on making transitions easier and setting people up for success from day one.
What motivates you each day?
What motivates me each day is knowing that I have the chance to make someone’s first experience with our organization a positive and memorable one.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
In my free time, I enjoy cliff jumping. It’s a fun way for me to stay active and challenge myself outside of work.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
My go-to way to recharge outside of work is spending time in nature and hanging out with friends.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
I would love to travel to Egypt one day, as that’s where my roots are. Exploring the culture, history, and heritage of my background is something that’s very meaningful to me.
