What do you love most about your role?
What I love most about my role is building a strong relationship with our MSP clients and collaborating with our recruiters allows me to play a part in helping nurses find their next opportunity. It's rewarding to know that my work supports not only our team, but also the nurses who are making a difference every day.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
I have six years of healthcare staffing experience on the MSP side, including supporting travel nursing programs. I've partnered with major MSPs such as RightSourcing, AMN, and Aya Healthcare, and I'm well-versed in multiple VMS platforms. This allows me to support our client effectively and ensure a smooth experience for nurses.
What motivates you each day?
What motivates me every day is the opportunity to make an impact while continuing to grow. I take pride in being someone my team and clients can rely on. Also knowing that my work directly supports nurses and the patients they care for.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
I am a licensed cosmetologist! While it may seem unrelated, that background has helped me develop strong communication, relationship building skills, and attention to detail.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
I love any place tropical, however I would love to do an Antarctica Cruise.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
I enjoy going to Pilates, taking walks with my husband and dog, Millie and of course, a good show to binge on Netflix.
