ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedics (Day Shift) in Sumter, South Carolina.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

8-hour Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with a guaranteed 36 hours and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting, delivering care to a varied patient population. The role may involve floating to other clinics as needed. The therapist will be expected to uphold a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week while seeing 12-14 patients each day, with double-booking of follow-up visits anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
