ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedic (Day Shift) in Kennewick, Washington.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

8-hour Day Shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient orthopedic services and focus on achieving optimum patient outcomes through comprehensive care strategies. This role does not involve floating to other clinics, ensuring a stable environment for both clinician and patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
• Document patient care and treatment accurately and timely.
• Utilize expert knowledge of physical therapy techniques to educate patients and assist in their recovery.
• Anticipate and plan for follow-up visits, including double-booking when necessary.

Required Experience

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid Physical Therapist license is required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply, but PTA candidates will not be accepted.
