Schedule/Shift

Evening shifts are 12 hours from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including possible weekend and holiday requirements as needed.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging using computed tomography equipment. The role involves collaborating with medical professionals to ensure accurate imaging for patient diagnosis and treatment. The successful candidate should have experience with GE CT scanners and EPIC documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans in compliance with established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure proper functioning of CT equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain records and documentation using the EMR system (Epic).
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during imaging processes.
• Participate in on-call duties as necessary, with a 45-minute response time.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large Trauma Level 2 setting.
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not required.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiology (R) and CT (CT) is required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification is necessary.
