Job Description

Join our dynamic 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital. You will be part of a dedicated team of 82 rehab staff members, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, aides, and clerical support. This role focuses on delivering exceptional therapy services to patients recovering from various conditions, ensuring their functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' needs.
• Develop and implement therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional tasks.
• Provide training and education to patients, families, and caregivers.

Required Experience

• Florida Occupational Therapy License
• CPR - BLS Certification

Certifications/Licensure

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in Florida.
• CPR - BLS Certification is required.
