Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work in a mix of outpatient and inpatient settings focusing on providing high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating patients, creating effective individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and mobility goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy services provided.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
