ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Night Shift) in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires 3x12-hour shifts, nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days every 6 weeks. Holidays may be required as needed, and there is no call requirement.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Department, caring for a diverse patient population with various conditions and traumas. This role involves the use of advanced medical equipment and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform assessments, triage patients, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare personnel to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the Epic system.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department is required. Previous Charge RN and Level 2 Trauma experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license is required at the time of submission.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory.
• CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications are preferred.
