Full-time position requiring every other weekend availability, with no holiday shifts.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. You will be working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients. The role involves utilizing Epic for charting and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize Epic for accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience

• Three (3) years of recent experience in an Emergency Department.
• Completion of at least one travel contract assignment.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume and fast-paced settings.

Certifications/Licensure

• New Jersey Registered Nurse License or Compact License.
• Current certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• Epic experience is required; please note the year of last use on the cover page.
