ARMStaffing is looking for a Cathlab Technologist, Cardiology/Vascular (Day Shift) in Florence, Alabama.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Days: Monday to Friday; Shift Hours: 0600-1630 or 0700-1530; On-call: Every 4th day and every 4th weekend (Friday 1630 to Monday 0600).

Job Description

The Cathlab Technologist will work in the Cardiac Cath Lab, focusing on adult and geriatric patient populations. The role will involve monitoring and scrubbing during Cath Lab procedures, providing essential support within a 3-person team per case.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and scrub on cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Utilize equipment such as Philips Cathlab and Merge Hemo.
• Document patient information using Meditech EHR.

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years of scrubbing experience in a high-volume cardiac cath lab is preferred; less experience may be considered if the candidate has worked in a similar environment.

Certifications/Licensure

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
