Job Description

Join our CVOR team in a hybrid cath lab setting, working to support surgical procedures and provide top-notch patient care. This role requires a detail-oriented professional ready to assist in cardiac procedures effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning and prepare the operating room for surgery.
• Participate in inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of current CVOR experience.
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Colorado Surgical Tech License (CST) through DORA - required.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• CSFA certification is a bonus but not required.
• Current Flu Vaccine required - no exemptions accepted.
