Job Description
The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with the healthcare team, focusing on patient and family education and conducting comprehensive assessments. The RN will implement and evaluate individualized plans of care, promoting health in a safe environment, and contributing to the professional development of peers.
Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses.
- Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care plans.
- Participate in continuing education on cerebrovascular disease.
- Integrate ethical provisions and research findings into practice.
- Provide leadership in nursing practice settings.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing or an Associate's degree.
- Montana Registered Nurse licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience.
Certifications/Licensure
- Valid Montana Registered Nurse license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR).
