Schedule/Shift

Day shift, 5x8 hours (06:30 - 15:00). Call required: 7 overnight calls per 14 days, with 7 call shifts per pay period.

Job Description

Join a reputable Acute Care Hospital with a total of 392 staffed beds as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role involves working with diverse patient populations focusing on diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations. You will be responsible for patient monitoring, procedural sedation administration, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, using the Meditech charting system.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Provide procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Meditech charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of charge experience as an RN.
• Experience in a cardiac cath lab is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current California State RN License.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
