ARMStaffing is looking for a CVOR Tech, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
Scheduled shifts are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with call and late stays required. There is a call requirement of one weekend a month and 2-3 days during the week.
Job Description
The CVOR Tech will work in a dedicated Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic Unit, providing support for various procedures including CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions, VATS, thoracotomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, and ECMO. The role includes operating in a team-oriented environment and utilizing Meditech for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures as a circulating nurse.
- Work closely with anesthesiologists at the beginning of surgical cases.
- Provide support during various cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Maintain patient safety and assist in managing the operating room environment.
- Participate in call rotations with support from the call team.
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in CVOR.
- Experience with cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical procedures.
Certifications/Licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- New Hampshire nursing license must be in hand at the time of submittal.
