Schedule/Shift

8-hour Day Shift, 07:00 - 15:00, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Bentonville, Arkansas, where you will provide physical therapy services to an active young professional patient population. This outpatient setting primarily involves treating a partial pelvic caseload. Therapy sessions will include addressing needs through individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on care and therapeutic interventions for patients.
• Document patient progress and modify treatments based on clinical assessments.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking for follow-up visits anticipated.
• Float to other clinics in Rogers and Bella Vista as required.

Required Experience

Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Certifications/Licensure

A current Physical Therapist license is required.
