Schedule/Shift

This position requires working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees, with a schedule of 4-10 hour shifts per week. The shift runs from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Description

Join the team as a Cath Lab Tech at a 370-bed facility known for its dedication to cardiovascular care. This role involves working with advanced equipment including GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra within a rapidly-paced environment. The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for performing various procedures such as Diagnostic Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, and Peripheral diagnostic and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and STEMI procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures.
• Support in preparation and recovery areas as needed.
• Participate in on-call duties as part of the call team, approximately 15-18 days per month.

Required Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Cath Lab setting is required. Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications.

Certifications/Licensure

Current certification as an RCIS or RCES or an RT(R) is required.
