ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Night Shift) in Reidsville, North Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
The shift is 4x12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other week, with holiday coverage as needed. Minimal holiday PTO is required, with a requirement to work 2 out of 4 holidays.
Job Description
This role is within a STEMI and stroke certified facility caring for a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The unit consists of 23 beds with an estimated daily census of 88 visits. The selected candidate may be floated to any Cone Health campus as needed and will use the EPIC charting system.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department setting, including management of ventilated patients, arterial lines, and IV sedation.
- Administer blood products and manage central lines.
- Perform EKG interpretation and triage patients accordingly.
- Utilize isolation precautions and personal protective equipment as required.
- Engage in both adult and pediatric emergency procedures.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience is required.
- Experience working in an Emergency Department setting is preferred.
- Previous charge experience is preferable.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required.
- TNCC certification is preferred.
- An active RN license must be in hand at submission.
