ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Evening Shift) in Burlington, Vermont.

Schedule/Shift

Evening shifts: 15:00 - 23:00. No block schedules for any reason. Must be available Monday to Sunday, 1-2 weekends per month, and be flexible with scheduling.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients. The position requires flexibility to float between inpatient and outpatient locations, ensuring high-quality imaging services are provided. The facility is a teaching hospital with specific operational demands, especially during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year’s week.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to perform scans and obtain images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment and assist with quality assurance processes.
• Document procedures and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Teaching hospital experience is required.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS certification required.
• ARRT or ARMRIT license MR advanced licensure required.
• Experience with Phillips MRI technology is required.
