ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Case Management (Day Shift) in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with start times ranging from 8 AM to 9 AM for 8.5 hours. Weekend shifts are required once every four weeks.

Job Description

This role involves managing patient care efficiently through a collaborative approach with healthcare teams. The successful candidate will assist with communication among physicians, patients, and families, ensuring that care plans are being followed and adjusted as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to ensure effective care planning.
• Coordinate services across multiple disciplines to provide integrated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2+ years of acute care Case Manager experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
