7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 48 hours per week.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit will provide specialized care for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients. The position requires effective teamwork and communication within a fast-paced clinical environment while utilizing Epic experience. Candidates with Trauma Level One experience will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions while initiating appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement patient care plans.
- Document all nursing care provided in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff as needed.
Required Experience
- Two years of ICU staff experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological units.
- Previous travel experience is a must.
Certifications/Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse license.
