ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Med-surg Adult (Night Shift) in Aberdeen, Washington.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

36 hours per week, 1845-0715, with every other weekend off. Additional shifts may be available.

Job Description

This position is for a Med-surg Adult Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients. The nurse will utilize nursing practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Strong collaboration within the healthcare team is expected, and the willingness to float to other departments as needed is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience

• Current Washington State license or multi-state license.
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Certifications/Licensure

• Washington State RN license or multi-state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current NIHSS certification.
