ARMStaffing is looking for a CT Technologist, Radiology (Day Shift) in Baltimore, Maryland.

Schedule/Shift

The schedule is 4x10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Call is required, with details to be confirmed with the unit leader. Time off restrictions apply, including no requests for time off during hard-to-fill days and every other winter and summer holiday.

Job Description

This position is for a CT Technologist at LBH Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, serving a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic CT scans, reviewing requisitions, selecting appropriate imaging protocols, and administering oral and IV contrast as appropriate. The CT Technologist will also document contrast administration and scan paperwork into the Cerner system.

Responsibilities

• Perform scanning procedures of various organs to localize sites of pathological processes.
• Ensure proper levels of density and contrast for optimal imaging quality.
• Document administration of contrast and maintain accurate records.
• Complete examinations in a timely manner while meeting patient care standards.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• Experience in adult acute care, outpatient, emergency department, and pediatric acute care.
• Demonstrated experience with abdominal, pelvic, chest, and head CT imaging.
• Experience with multiphasic reconstruction and various CT procedures (e.g., brain perfusion, coronary CTA, vascular CTA).

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Maryland Radiologic Technologist license required upon start.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ARRT-R certification is required; ARRT advanced certification is preferred.
