ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Night Shift) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires 3 × 12 hour night shifts per week, from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, assessing patient needs, and delivering high-quality nursing care. The RN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments and care provided in the electronic health record.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a telemetry or similar nursing unit is required.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
