Shifts are from 06:30 to 15:00, guaranteeing 40 hours per week.

Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the surgery department of a 154-bed hospital. You will be responsible for assisting with surgical procedures, monitoring patients before and after surgery, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Assist surgical teams in preparing for surgical procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide post-operative care and discharge planning for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience

Candidates must have current nursing licensure and relevant experience in surgery nursing.

Certifications/Licensure

All candidates must have the required certifications prior to starting, including a valid RN license and any additional certifications specified by the client.
