This position offers a night shift, working 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide care for all patient populations within the hospital and will be responsible for various respiratory care procedures. The therapist will collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Document all patient care activities using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Assist in the management of ventilators and other critical equipment.
• Support and educate patients and families on respiratory health.

Required Experience

An associate's degree in respiratory therapy or a related field is required. Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Certifications/Licensure

Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT) credential is preferred. No specific certifications are required for this position.
