Day Shift, 07:00-19:00, guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry/PCU unit, you will provide high-quality care to cardiac patients, including those recovering from procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, open heart surgeries, and TAVR. The unit is equipped to handle a geriatric cardiac population and offers a supportive environment with a focus on advanced patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the Telemetry/PCU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Cardiac or Telemetry unit.
• Proficiency in the care of patients with cardiac conditions.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
