7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour night shifts.

Job Description

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing care for patients with respiratory issues. You'll be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, administering treatments, and facilitating patient programs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the effective management of ventilator and therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient respiratory status.
• Implement respiratory care interventions as prescribed by the physician.
• Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications.
• Monitor and record patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory health.

Required Experience

• Current and valid state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
