Night Shift, with possible call during the week from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM and opportunities for extra shifts.

Job Description

The Vascular Technologist will be part of a team in a comprehensive ultrasound unit located in a facility with 228 beds. The role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including pelvic/transvaginal, renal and renal dopplers, abdomen, 1st trimester pregnancy, and more. Expertise in GE equipment and Meditech EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams as required.
• Document and record patient information and exam results accurately.
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment ensuring functionality and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vascular Technologist.
• At least 2 years of travel experience in a similar role.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARDMS certification required.
• Registered in Abdomen and Vascular (RVT) is mandatory.
• BLS certification required.
