Schedule/Shift

Days, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with approximately 10 call days, including at least one weekend per month.

Job Description

The Cath Lab at St. Marks Hospital is seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Tech to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment with two labs and a staff of 15 professionals, handling a variety of procedures. Our unit performs between 5-15 cases per day, focusing on diagnostic and interventional procedures.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in scrubbing alongside cardiologists and experienced in using equipment such as GE EMR and EPIC/Merge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic angiograms and percutaneous interventions (PCIs).
• Support procedures including structural heart interventions and STEMIs.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a cohesive team in a high-volume lab.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in both diagnostic and interventional cardiology.
• Ability to scrub with cardiologists during procedures.
• Experience with IABP and Impella devices.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid RCIS, RT, CVT, or RN certification necessary for this role.
