Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

4 days per week, Day Shift, 9 AM - 7 PM, on-call for 1 full weekend a month plus 1 day a week.

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for providing excellent patient care in an acute care setting, specifically in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The position involves direct patient interaction, assisting the medical team during procedures, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide support to the nursing staff and physicians during procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience

• Experience in TAVR and structural heart procedures.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA).
• Active license to practice in New York.
