Schedule/Shift

This position involves a 12-hour Night Shift, working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide essential rehabilitative care within a support-driven environment. Responsibilities may include administering medication, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in rehabilitative nursing or a related specialty is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
