07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, 12-hour night shifts.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery will provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers and newborns in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, providing education and support, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
• Assist with labor and delivery procedures.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding the birthing process and care after delivery.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Respond to emergencies and manage complications as they arise.

Required Experience

Must have prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing with a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current EFM certification is required.
• Completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and background checks will be required upon onboarding.
