Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Job Description

As a Special Procedures Technologist in the Vascular-Interventional Radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing technologically advanced patient care. You will work alongside a dynamic team within a Level 1 Trauma Center, utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques in interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Vascular-Interventional Radiology procedures with knowledge of relevant equipment and radiation safety.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a Vascular Interventional Radiology setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography and Vascular Interventional (VI) or equivalent certification.
