ARMStaffing is looking for a Radiologic Technologist, Surgery (Day Shift) in Longview, Texas.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with call required 1-3 days weekly and every 3rd weekend. No 48 guaranteed hours or block scheduling. RTO maximum of 3 days with blackout period during Christmas.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing surgical imaging procedures using a C-arm in the operating room. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality imaging necessary for surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surgical imaging procedures utilizing a C-arm.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging.
• Ensure the operation of imaging equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams for optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in surgery radiology or relevant operating room experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
