8 Hour Day, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week.

Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in an acute care setting, focusing on patient needs within the Avalon/Pulmonary specialty. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients while utilizing the Allscripts charting system.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in the Avalon/Pulmonary area.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans as directed by registered nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Document patient interactions and care provided using the Allscripts charting system.

Required Experience

Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS Certification is required.
• Valid LPN license to practice is required.
