ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, MRI in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires rotating shifts and weekends, primarily consisting of four 10-hour workdays, covering day, evening, and possible midnight shifts due to union regulations. Staff will rotate through all shifts and are expected to work weekends and holidays.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and adhering to established protocols. The position requires proficiency with Siemens MRI systems and familiarity with the Epic documentation system. The role supports a level 1 trauma center and a comprehensive stroke center.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures according to protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during scanning.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.
• Document procedures accurately using Epic.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members.

Required Experience

• 2-3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Experience with Siemens MRI systems.
• Experience with Epic documentation system.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certification required.
