Schedule/Shift
Shifts are scheduled as 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week from 13:00 to 01:00.
Job Description
The Emergency Department operates with a patient ratio of 4:1. Clinicians will be required to float within their scope to meet the facility needs. Experience with the Cerner charting system is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications, and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department is required. Charge experience is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state.
- Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
- CEN certification is preferred but not required.
