ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift) in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Schedule/Shift

This position offers options for 36 or 48 hours per week on Night Shift, with a typical schedule of 4x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care in the Intensive Care Unit, focusing on patients with critical conditions, including those requiring wound care, pain management, and line placements. The staff nurse may assist with intubation and will manage patients with complex medical needs, such as burn care and respiratory failure. The unit supports interdisciplinary collaboration with various teams including IV, physical therapy, and respiratory services, ensuring holistic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit setting.
• Monitor patients' conditions and change care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Assist with bedside procedures and support intubation efforts.
• Maintain documentation of patient care using Epic.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit.
• Travel experience required, with a willingness to float to different units as needed.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required.
